Tenant Protection Services will send twelve, monthly notifications informing you as to whether the specified property is in pre-foreclosure. The first notification will be sent within two business days of your order.

One Time Report - $14.95

One single notification of property status can be purchased for $14.95. If property is found to be in foreclosure, a detailed foreclosure report will be included at no extra charge.

Information provided with this service is only as good as the information recorded in any particular county that is of public record. Once a notice is recorded, it may take up to 3-7 business days for it to post to our system depending on which county the information is recorded.
